Regarding Our Service Department

A Note to Our Customers: 

If you had service done in 2022 by Northwest Hearth & Home Services, or subsequently by PNW Fireplaces, please be aware that they are NOT affiliated with Northwest Hearth & Home. In an effort to provide needed fireplace services to the community, we briefly partnered with NW Hearth & Home Services, and trained them in fireplace service, with our oversight and technical support. Shortly after, they elected to start their own competing company and utilize our customer list without permission. Regrettably, it is our opinion that their technical capability does not meet our requirements without proper oversight, and this has been further confirmed through feedback we have received since they embarked on their own; therefore, we cannot recommend their services. They are not authorized representatives of Northwest Hearth & Home, nor any of our manufacturers, and they may not be able to procure factory parts or provide approved warranty service for the majority of the brands we sell.
