“My wife and I decided to buy a new woodstove for our mobile home after using the one we had in it for nearly 30 years. We looked in every store we could find that had woodstoves. After looking for more than five months, we returned to Northwest Hearth & Home.
What brought us back to Northwest Hearth & Home was the fact that there was no high pressure salesperson trying to push us into buying a new woodstove right then and there. The first of many times we entered your store and you approached us, we told you that we were just looking at woodstoves, and your response was if we had any questions, you would be happy to help. This was not the response we received from many salespeople when we looked at woodstoves in their establishments. Your thoughtfulness was very endearing to us and not once after we purchased the stove did you have any complaints as to my asking questions on what I needed to do to install it or how hot is burns.
Since it was so late in the year when we purchased the Napoleon woodstove and installed it, we were only able to use it a couple of times, but now with the freezing weather coming on, we are using it regularly and love how it burns cleanly and heats our house with nice, dry air.
